Homeowners across Harrisburg call Big Toms Roofing because we do what we say β show up on time, explain what we find in plain language, and stand behind every Roof Inspection job with a written warranty.
Big Toms Roofing has spent years building a reputation in Harrisburg for doing Roof Inspection the right way β proper permits, manufacturer-approved materials, and a crew lead on-site for every job, not just a subcontractor nobody vetted.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Harrisburg crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail β licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
When a tree limb punches through decking or shingles peel back in a wind event, water gets in fast. We prioritize emergency calls in Harrisburg above scheduled work, get a tarp on within hours, and document everything with photos for your insurance file.
A Roof Inspection replacement is one of the biggest investments a Harrisburg homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way β daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
Downtime costs money, so commercial Roof Inspection jobs get scheduled around your operating hours whenever possible, with clear communication to property managers and tenants throughout the project.
A lot of roof failures are preventable with a twice-a-year inspection catching lifted flashing or worn pipe boots before they turn into interior water damage. Our Harrisburg inspection service checks the field, flashing, penetrations, gutters, and attic ventilation, then hands you a written report with photos.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Harrisburg crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Roof Inspection system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
Every one of these commitments exists because a Harrisburg homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof β no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Because our trucks stay staged around Harrisburg, we're rarely more than an hour from your address for emergency calls.
Our installers hold current manufacturer certifications, which means your warranty stays intact and the work meets code.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
We document damage the way adjusters expect to see it, which shortens the back-and-forth on storm claims.
We treat your yard and driveway like we'd want ours treated β swept, protected, and cleared before we leave each day.
We don't cherry-pick these β they're representative of the calls, texts, and reviews we get after most Roof Inspection jobs in Harrisburg.
"We had a leak show up during a storm at night and I honestly didn't expect anyone to answer the phone. Big Toms Roofing had a crew tarping our roof within a couple hours and came back two days later to do the real repair. Can't recommend them enough."
"The estimate they gave us matched the final invoice exactly, which after two other quotes from companies that kept adding line items, was a relief. Crew was professional and cleaned up better than I expected."
"They handled the entire insurance claim conversation with our adjuster, sent over photo documentation, and honestly made a stressful situation way less stressful. Roof looks great too."
"As a property manager I've worked with a lot of roofing companies and Big Toms Roofing is one of the few that actually communicates before showing up and after the job's done."
"Bought a house in Harrisburg last year and had them do the pre-purchase inspection. Found flashing issues the seller ended up covering. Saved us thousands before we even closed."
